You will receive a 6-digit OTP via SMS.
Enter the OTP and click the “Verify Pin” button.
Accept the Terms and Conditions, including the Declaration and Consent Document Rules.
South African ID holders should provide their ID Number, while others can enter a Special Permit File Number.
Fill in your details: Name, Surname, Address, and Gender.
Enter your banking details (Bank Name, Branch, Account Type, and Number) or select the “Send Cash” payment option.
Submit your payment option and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Wait for SASSA to verify your personal and banking details with the Department of Home Affairs database.
You will receive a confirmation message on your mobile once your SRD R350 grant is active.
Asylum Seekers and Special Permit holders will receive a Payment ID to collect their payment at Pick ‘n Pay.
