Sassa Payments Method IN 2025
SASSA uses various payment methods to disburse social grants to eligible beneficiaries. These payment methods are designed to ensure convenient and secure access to funds. These methods include;
- Any bank ATM, using your SASSA gold card
- Collection points, which include Pick n Pay, Checkers, Shoprite, Boxer and USave stores
- Cash Payment at Post Offices
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT); Bank accounts transfer
SASSA March Grant Eligibility Criteria 2025-2026
To be eligible to receive the Sassa funds for the year 2025, you need to be:
- The primary caregiver must be a South African citizen, permanent resident or refugee.
- Both the applicant and the child must reside in South Africa.
- The applicant must be the primary caregiver of the child/ children concerned.
- The child/children must be born after 31 December 1993.
- The applicant and spouse must meet the requirements of the means test.
- A child can not apply for more than six non-biological children
