Apply via WhatsApp:

SASSA R350 Grant Requirements 2024
Make sure that you meet the SASSA R350 Grant eligibility requirements. Typically the eligibility criteria; includes;
- You must reside in South Africa
- You must meet any 1 of these criteria:

- You must be a Refugee in South Africa
- You must be an Asylum Seeker in South Africa with a valid Section 22 permit or visa

- You must NOT be receiving any other social grants for yourself
- You must NOT be contributing towards or eligible for UIF payment
- You must NOT unreasonably refuse to accept employment or educational opportunities
- You must NOT be receiving a stipend from NSFAS (National Student Finance)

Document Required For R350 Grant Application 2024
Applicants must read, agree upon, and sign two documents when applying for an SRD Grant: the declaration form and the consent form. SASSA requires these forms to check and authenticate the accuracy of the information supplied in your application. When applying, you must provide the following personal information, so make sure you have it already:

R350 Grant Payment Date And Payment Method For August 2024
Sassa makes payment of the grant in the first week of every month, however, the payment dates may vary based on the type of grant, mode of payment and other factors that may influence the payment of the grant.

NOTE:
SASSA compares your personal information (ID number, name, and surname) to a database maintained by the Department of Home Affairs and also, compares your ID number to recognised databases such as UIF, SARS, and NSFAS. Fraud risk scoring is performed in collaboration with fraud protection partners, and your ID number and mobile number are verified against recognised databases.
