How To Apply For Social Grant Online 2025-2026

Step 1: Determine Your Eligibility

Before applying for a SASSA grant, it’s essential to establish whether you meet the eligibility criteria for the specific grant you are interested in. SASSA provides grants for various purposes, such as:

Older Person Grant: For individuals aged 60 years and above who meet the qualifying criteria.
Disability Grant: For individuals with disabilities who cannot work and meet the qualifying criteria.
Child Support Grant: For caregivers who are responsible for the upbringing and support of children and meet the qualifying criteria.

Fill in the grant application form by providing all the required information.
Print the SASSA-generated affidavit and have it certified by a commissioner of oaths. Print, sign, and submit the Bank Payment Form with your affidavit.
