When Can I Dispatch NSFAS Appeal 2025

Candidates have thirty days(30) from the time they receive their application results to file an appeal. To re-apply you must log in to your myNSFAS profile and fill out all necessary information before you can submit an appeal.

Take Note: Appeal for new and continuing students will be closed on 20th February 2025.

How To Know If You Qualify For NSFAS Appeal 2025

If your application has been rejected or financial aid for continuing students has withdrawn, may appeal to the NSFAS.

Who Can’t Send NSFAS Appeal 2025

Applicants can’t send if they:

Are registered for a qualification that NSFAS does not fund
They have reached N+2 (or N+3 in the case of students with disabilities)
The students in a gap year students whom NSFAS previously rejected financial aid because he or she didn’t meet the academic eligibility
If the institution has not submitted its registration record to NSFAS or has submitted an incorrect registration record such inquiries should be directed to the institution

Complete the form
Make sure you check the relevant boxes indicating the reasons for your appeal
Signed motivation for appeal must be included
Attach your supporting documents
Send the completed form through email to the financial aid office at your institution
