Sassa Payment Dates For May 2024-2025
Payment dates for May 2024-2025 are the exact day or period on which payments are made to beneficiaries of the various grants offered by SASSA. The payments are made on the very first day of every month, However, this payment can be influenced by weekends and holidays. If the payment day falls on a weekend or on a holiday, the payment is rescheduled to the next available working day.

A payment plan has been developed for May by Sassa in order to guarantee an effective and well-organized payout. Sassa payment date for MAY is provided below;
- Older Persons or Pensioners Grants: Wednesday, 3 May 2023
- Disability Grants: Thursday, 4 May 2023
- Children’s and all other Grants: Friday, 5 May 2023
Payments are made in the first week of MAY, however, if the payment date falls on a weekend or on a Holiday, payment is made on the next available working date.

You can check the status of your application in one of the following methods if you have already filed one for the SASSA Grant and would want to know how it is progressing:
