Sassa Payout For June 2024
The SASSA grant is a monthly financial aid programme administered by the South African government to those in need. Its goal is to reduce poverty and offer short-term relief to individuals who are jobless or do not get any other sort of social assistance.
If you are a South African citizen who relies on the SASSA (South African Social Security Agency) grant for financial assistance, it is critical that you remain up to current on payment dates in order to get your payments on time. In this article, you’ll be provided with the payment dates for June.

Sassa Payout For June 2024
SASSA payments are typically made on the first of each month. However, owing to weekends and public holidays, the exact day may change. If the first of the month comes on a weekend or a public holiday, the payment will be handled on the last working day before the first of the month. Sassa’s payment dates are as follows:
- Older Persons or Pensioners Grants: Friday, 2 June 2023
- Disability Grants: Monday, 5 June 2023
- Children’s and all other Grants: Tuesday, 6 June 2023

Sassa Payment Method 2024
If you are a SASSA grant recipient, I’m sure you have chosen a payment method via which you will receive your grant payment. If this is the case, you will receive your SASSA Grant payment via your preferred payment method.
SASSA payment options include bank transfers, ATM withdrawals, and purchases from retailers such as Shoprite, U-Save, Boxer, Pick & Pay, and Checkers.
