SASSA-Srd Application Requirements 2025
Applicants will be required to provide complete information, including:
- Identity Number or Department of Home Affairs Refugee/ asylum seeker permit number
- Name and Surname as captured in the Identity Document
- Gender and Disability
- Contact details – Cell phone number
- Residential Address

Step 2: Click on the COVID-19 SRD Grant link
Step 3: Click on the Check Status button
Step 4: Enter your ID number and mobile number
