Dates For Sassa Grants

Sassa grants are critical in providing financial assistance to qualified people and families in South Africa. The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) offers a variety of grants to help with basic necessities such as food, shelter, healthcare, and education. However, recipients must be informed of the payment dates for their grants in order to get their payments on time.

Sassa grant payment dates vary depending on the type of grant and the recipient’s personal circumstances. Payment dates for the Child Support Grant, for example, are based on the final digit of the recipient’s ID number, whereas payment dates for other grants, such as the Old Age Grant, Disability Grant, and Foster Child Grant, are often based on the recipient’s birth date.
